3. Pickup and Unclaimed Orders

  • Orders must be picked up within the designated pickup time. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded or replaced.

  • If you fail to present a valid ID when picking up alcoholic beverages, your order will be canceled without a refund.

4. Payment Disputes

Chargebacks and payment disputes will be contested with proof of purchase, pickup records, and order confirmations. If you experience a billing error, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
